Mary O’Shea B.A., LL.B. is a Law Graduate of University College Galway. Prior to establishing the Practice of O’Shea Russell in 1990, Mary worked in General Practice and was involved in the delivery of the Law Society of Ireland Legal Education Program.
Mary specialises in Personal Injury Claims arising out of Road Traffic Accidents, Medical Misadventure, Workplace Accidents and Slip and Fall.
Her knowledge and skill in this area has been accumulated over a 25 year period and has seen her involved in a number of very significant Court Actions.
Mary was also one of the first Board members of Kilkenny County Enterpirse Board.

Nicholas Russell B.C.L., A.I.T.I., BA, qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and subsequently became an Associate of the Institute of Taxation and, in recent years, qualified as a Mediator.
After returning from a year with a Canadian Law Firm in Toronto, Canada in 1986, Nicholas acquired a solid legal grounding in the Irish Legal System with two reputable Firms in Galway and Naas before establishing O’Shea Russell Solicitors with his wife Mary O’Shea B.A., LL.B in 1990.
Nicholas works primarily in the Property and Succession Areas for which areas his particular skills are well suited.
He is also an acting Vice-Chair of the Employment Appeals Tribunal drawing on his specialist knowledge in the area of Employment Law.
Nicholas has a diverse range of personal interests. When time allows Nicholas can be found doing anything from improving his knowledge of sports psychology and coaching to comparing antique teapots!
